Core is our most basic and accessible circuit training class. All of the exercises are stationary, low-impact, safe and beneficial for all body types and age ranges and are designed to engage your body’s core. With a concentration on total body Stability, Balance and Movement, Core class is a great way to get started in the gym and practive exercises that you can take home and do on your own time as well.


Your foundation must be developed first and foremost to provide total body stability and efficiency. To allow the kinetic chain to work efficiently in any condition, each person must be assessed and trained appropriately.
