The Core Program

$99 per month

  • Access to all Circuit Interval Classes – Classes run Monday – Friday at 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm.
    • Core training – The primary focus is on balance and stabilizing the body.open gym
      Thursdays 5:30pm, 7:30pm
    • BodyCore training – All Calisthenic exercises, and high performance cardio.
      Designed to help you master your own body-weight, gain speed & agility, and coordination.
      Tuesdays 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
    • Hard-BodyCore training – A combination of weights, calisthenic exercises, and high performance cardio.
      Mondays & Fridays 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
    • HardCore training – High.Intense.Interval.Training, every exercise is moving free weights creating total Power!
      Wednesdays 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
  • Open Gym / Personal Training ( O.G /P.T ) – offered all day when classes are not in session.
  • Yoga – Available twice a week(Thursday 6:30pm and Saturday 9am)
  • Holistic Nutrition Guidance

Circuit Interval Classes

Group setting 10-12 maximum per class.
*10 exercises /10-15-10 second rest / 3 sets / 2 minute breaks

Open Gym / Personal Training ( O.G /P.T )

Based on dialogue a routine is designed specifically for your level of fitness and goals, 7 days a week.
Receive a specific plan with exercises designed for your level of fitness, guidance on form to avoid injury.

YOGA

A True exercise regime for your mind! Recreate yourself mentally, envision a positive body and mind.
A way to exercise the mind, develop mental strength, clarity, the benefits are endless! Combine all classes into your regime to “Achieve True Balance!”
Yoga is available twice a week.

Holistic Nutrition Guidance

We provide all of clients a Holistic Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and snack list, A vegan protein list and 100% guidance with giving suggestions for meals, No diets, just good ideas.
